- The postcodes or addresses you are moving from and to
- Details of the move, such as property size, access, dates and items needing special care
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message
We do not take payment card details through this website.

- To prepare and send your quote
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your move
- To carry out the move you book
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons
The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and, once you book, the contract to carry out your move.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is only shared with the removal team carrying out your move, the service that delivers our online form to our inbox, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for your move and our legal and accounting obligations. If you asked for a quote and did not go ahead, tell us and we will delete your details sooner.
